These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the contract for tree work itself, which is the written estimate we give you and you accept.
What this site is
An information page for King's Tree Service. It describes what we do and gives you ways to get hold of us. Using it means you accept what is on this page.
Estimates are not a contract
Nothing on this website is a binding offer or a fixed price. Prices depend on the size of the tree, what is underneath it, and how much room we have to work, so we cannot quote accurately without seeing the job.
An estimate becomes an agreement only when we have given it to you in writing and you have accepted it. If we find something on the day that could not be seen from the ground, such as hidden rot, a hornet nest, or something buried, we will stop and talk to you before doing anything that changes the price.
Sending us a request
When you use the estimate form, please give us accurate details. Sending a request does not by itself book a job, hold a date, or oblige us to take the work. We will get back to you to confirm.
Do not send payment details, card numbers, or bank information through the form. We will never ask for them by email.
By giving us your phone number you are asking us to get back to you about that job, so you agree we may call or text you about it. That is the only reason we will use it. We do not send marketing texts, we do not use autodialers or recorded messages, and we do not pass your number to anyone else. Ask us to stop and we will. How we handle the rest of your details is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Emergency and storm work
After a storm we take jobs in order of danger, with trees on structures first. Any timeframe we mention is our honest expectation, not a guarantee, since weather, access, and utility crews are outside our control.
Photos and content
The photographs on this site are of our own jobs, and the text and images belong to King's Tree Service. Please do not copy them for another business. Customer reviews shown on the site were written by those customers and are reproduced from our public Google listing.
Accuracy
We keep this site as accurate as we can, but we do not promise it is complete or error-free, and we may change services, coverage area, or details at any time. The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind.
Links to other sites
Where we link out, such as to our Google reviews, we are not responsible for the content or the privacy practices of those sites.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits our responsibility for the tree work we actually carry out, which is covered by our written estimate and our insurance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute about this website belongs in the courts of Brevard County, Florida.
If part of this does not hold up
If a court decides any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still stands. Not enforcing something once does not mean we have given it up.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept the current version.
